Let me tell you I was at the LINQ Hotel and I was gambling and I go there every few days a week I'm a local and I was trying to get a drink I was really ignored and waited two hours without any success and then I spoke to grow rewards center the following day and they just said but we'll talk the beverage manager and will take care of it so I said okay and they gave me a couple cheesy coupons you would give uterus for 2 for 1 drinks all I wanted was a beer while I was gambling and so I went back and gambled some more and sure enough I was pushing the button for an hour no one came so I decided I would voice my concern by calling the Linq and there was no success they just said what's your name I'll just take care of it so the whole Total Rewards all the casinos go to the Palazio of Lazo and Venetian because they give you drinks they don't give you any hassle

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Why does Caesars entertainment not want locals?Did you ever think that locals bring many of the visitors to the Strip? You first start discouraging locals by charging a ridiculous resort fee.

But now,really, you are that greedy that you have to charge locals for parking.

Then you wonder why station casinos and the other local casinos are doing so well. What is the incentive for locals to come to the Strip?
