Discrepancy in regards to a seven star trip

I am still working with several hosts to resolve the situation to my understanding. Someone entered my signature trip to Atlantic City in September as my annual trip, which was an error.

Again, I have not taken a seven star trip this year. I have only gone to Atlantic City for the signature event in September.

My Atlantic City host will return from vacation on November 7, and I am hoping that we will be able to rectify this error. I will then be able to book my seven-star annual trip to Vegas in December with the dates I had chosen.

Preferred solution: My seven star trip for 2024 reinstated I did not take it. There was an error and someone made a mistake and entered it in place of the signature event I took in Atlantic City in September.

I am unable to get in touch with anyone to resolve this issue. So my house in Baltimore, Maryland is unable to book my seven star trip for 2024 because he was told by Lisa Chen that I already took the trip which I did not.

I went to Atlantic City. She booked it in September which was the seven star signature event for 2024 I have not taken a seven star trip this year .

And because of the delays, my host in Baltimore is unable to book this trip for the dates I want and I may be locked out. I am totally dissatisfied and very unhappy at this time I have called Atlantic City Lisa Chen is out of the office until November 7 and I can speak with The on duty no answer, I pray someone can help me with this.

Flamingo show meet/greet Wayne, his daughter blocked him in front of me so we couldnt talk

I go to many Wayne shows, he called me after my daughter had major surgery, his daughter and a lady who said she was the manager blocked him in front of me so we couldnt talk (her arm almost hitting me)

Im being forced to gamble at Gila River Casinos. Even though my profit loss statement shows a $22000 loss.

So much for loyalty, Ive been a Diamond elite for nearly 3 years.

Why should I Try any longer? You got rid of the lounge and Diamond players receive the same status as Gold.

On March 23rd and 24th 2024 my wife and I stayed at the Horseshoe Hotel in Las Vegas Day 1 Hotel Air Conditioning doesnt work well room was hot a technician came to our room and told us only the fan works but it at least cooled enough to get through the night Day 1) At Registration I had prepaid for my parking for the entire stay when I left the the parking structure it did not accept the hotel validation and ended being charged $35 just to get out of structure so I was charged $55 for a day and half of parking Thats Unacceptable!! and the Final Straw was my wife had fallen on your wet marble floors with no wet sign on top of spill we filled out a incident report with your security people after hotel management witness even the spill and your cameras caught everything on film after a half hour or longer security told us told that they will be sending a copy of the incident report to us its been almost a month and we still have not recieved a copy of the incident report If I have to fly to Las Vegas to Raise *** at your Hotel I will in a heartbeat I will not leave your Hotel until something gets resolved but I have had enough of the bad service from Caesars entertainment I have been a rewards member for over a decade and Caesars has always made good when things go wrong and one of their hotels screws up bad and now your hotel managers dont call to check if wife is okay from her fall or service their rewards members like they used too or call to apologize on behalf of the hotel for your inconvenience that touch isnt there anymore like it used to be thats why I am extremely angry Angry at the lack class by the Ceasars a Entertainment and its Hotels. I will no longer stay at any of your resorts in the future until I see some changes when it comes to Caesars rewards members being treated with unsatisfactory service.

Couldn't the manager on duty refund you the $35?? Did you ask about it when you checked out?

RE: wife falling. I feel certain I have read this exact same complaint before but it was at a different location.

It was the same scenario with a wife falling and the husband asking for the camera footage. Hmmmm.

I asked for my Total Rewards account to be temporarily locked until my next visit and recommended employees be re-trained to verify identification (which they do not) when accepting a player's card for use of points.

It is my understanding that Cesars recently purchased Horseshoe St., Louis casino, and the luminaire resort, which I recently stayed at, and played at the casino. I dont even know where to begin with the complaints the room itself was OK if you didnt mind walking 10 minutes to get to the casino because the elevators by the check in had been broken which I found out for approximately two years once you get to the casino, there are no drinks unless you go to the bar.

There is no self serve soda machines or coffee machines but they did, however have someone behind the desk with pitcher of sodas, but they were so flat, and they refused to go get fresh. the place smelt like sewer, the bathrooms outside the casino have also been closed for a few years. They only have one entrance into the casino, which is so far. It adds another three minutes to your already ridiculous walk from your hotel room, because the elevators are broke and theres only one set of elevators to get you downstairs and then even once youre there the walk is unbelievable, you cant get anything to eat or drink unless you want alcohol after 8 oclock and when I made the reservation I had requested to be close to the elevator.

Well they put me real close to the elevator but they put me close to the elevator that didnt work in , we ran out of coffee because they only put two little bitty tiny packs in a room of regular and two little bitty tiny packs of decaf which we dont drink decaf. There was a cleaning cart outside the room. My husband asked him if he could please have a pack of coffee that morning and the guy said no there for the rooms. Well we were in a room its not like we were wondering around the hall with a coffee pot.

The whole time we were there. We never saw one cocktail waitress the reward center closes very early. It was not a good stay and I definitely would never recommend that to anybody On the way home if we decided to go by Ameristar in St. Louis, the minute we walked in we could feel such a difference.

The place was spotless. There were so many people gambling and having fun the machines were all clean. The ashtrays were all empty there were free soda service everywhere . The employees were nice thats the way people want to be treated when they are spending their money.

I am a diamond plus player for Caesars Rewards, and between Boonville, Missouri, Isle Of Capri, and horseshoe St. Louis. I am beginning to think I should spend my money at other properties not owned by Caesars. I am really hoping that Caesars gets these properties under their name fixed the way Cesar should be, in the way, the other casinos are ran I mean you cant even get breakfast at horseshoe in St.

Louis if you have a casino you should at least have a place for their guests to have breakfast so needless to say the only fun part about our trip to St. Louis was getting to spend time with our best friends so we kind of overlooked all the problems but now that Im home and realized that I spent my normal amount of money in the casino. I would much rather spend my money at a place that appreciates my business and my loyalty, the same as any customer would expect and appreciate so if I dont see some changes between Boonville Missouri, which I visit because that is close to where I live or if I ever go back to a Horseshoe in St. Louis, then I will spend my time and my money somewhere else if there arent some immediate changes.

And Boonville Missouri the employees are very, very, very unprofessional. The payoff is the worst Ive ever seen in a casino, and the rooms are filthy. Even after the maid has been there the carpets are so dirty, that I refuse to step on them without my shoes on, the mirrors look like they have never been cleaned. The Casino is filthy all the time and its just not someplace I feel comfortable, so Caesars I hope you take a note because I have enjoyed for many many many years being a diamond player and part of Caesars but after seeing Ameristar and other places, I know that those hotels are so much better managed.

Well. Ceasars overall is quite good. However, Horseshoe in Shelbyville is ripping the people off. They have no rooms, restaurants are usually closed, no gift shop, they rate you poorly, no free drinks

Look. Shelbyville is a very high profitting casino.

It is difficult to win there. They really offer their players nothing. They rate the player poorly. Other Ceasars properties offer a great deal more.

Dice land flat. Most employees are very nice and should receive a raise.

It doesn't have that Vegas feeling. Take better care of your employees!!!

So forget about Live Chat, not really a chat, it is send your question, we will respond asap!!?? So had to do a Google search to get the CS phone number since not in the website or not easy to find.

After waiting on hold for about 20 minutes while the recording continue to say "Use our website" a rep. answered and told me they cant change the contact info either!??

The website is extremely un-user friendly unless you want to pay for something, otherwise it is worthless. 21st Century gambling machines and top of the line on-line sports betting, however, medieval customer website.

Good morning,

I have a complaint about the room Im in on 03/04/24 at Harrah's Casino in Atlantic City, NJ. When I checked in I informed them that I reserved a non-smoking room in the middle of February and apparently the front desk could not accommodate me so Im stuck in a smoking room or I wouldnt be in a room for my stay.

I asked for some sort of compensation for my aggravation since I have asthma slightly but they refused. That didn't seem right or fair since I purposely requested a non-smoking room. The manager said they had no other rooms available until 03/05/24 at night. I accepted the room switch when they called me in the room at 7 pm that night since I could not take another night in that room.

Then they switched me into a room that was conjoining (they never told me that) and next to a bunch of kids. I understand that they were going to be noisy but this was going on until at least 1030 when I finally fell asleep since I needed to be up early to take meds.

I called security multiple times for them to come up and ask them to stop making so much noise. I even went to the room next door to let them to quiet down and they just got louder.

Flamingo Hotel Management is Horrible and Hotel is in need of updating

I booked two nights in room #17155 at the Flamingo Hotel for March 8 and 9.

For over 40 years I have stayed at Caesars Properties, particularly the Paris. This was for a quick turnaround for a local family event.

Did not care where I stayed for this trip. Room was discounted but not comped.

Separate from the nightmare checking in at 10:30 pm with over fifty people in line, the fun had just begun.

I woke up to a shower not working and no hot water. I washed my hair in the sink and dried it with an antique hair dryer. Picked up the room phone to call management and NO PHONE working in the room.

I used my cell phone to call the hotel and spoke to Daniel who claimed to be an assistant manager. Not great PR. I told him I was checking out of his hotel and would not pay for the night. He told me he would eliminate the resort fee but I would have to pay for the room.

I told him OK I will call American Express and see who wins.

He was obnoxious and arrogant.

I moved to Harrahs for Saturday night.

All is OK.

I was in room 17155 Friday March 8. If Caesars contests this and I lose there are a lot of other hotels in town.

It sounds like you can’t afford to travel. People stay at the Flamingo because of the location and the fact that it’s dirt cheap. It probably does need an update, but if that is important to you you should have went back to Paris.
