Incident at harrahs Casino in Columbus NE
Went to use the Diamond promotion for dinner. The restaurant said they are out of steak, they are out of salad, and it had like one or two appetizers.
I ordered the food, picked it up at the casino at the restaurant. I asked the clerk if I had to sign something; she said no, and apparently for $60, I paid $100 for $60 worth of food. I brought the food back home, and it was the most god-awful food I think I've had in a long, long time. She was very rude, inconsiderate, and said that I was basically out the $40 because they run it for $100, no matter if you get $10 worth of food, and that does not make sense.
I've been a Caesars Club member for a long time. We need to address this and make this right.

I am a Diamond member in Caesars Rewards. I stayed at Harrah's in Las Vegas in early November.
When I arrived, my room was not ready. I was told I would be upgraded to a suite for no additional cost. I was told an additional charge would be placed on my card for incidentals, but it would be returned if there were no incidental charges. There were no charges, but now the hotel is saying the extra money was not for incidentals but because I upgraded to a suite.
They refuse to refund my card, and their billing department was rude and very condescending when I tried to resolve the issue.
Unless Caesars works with me to resolve this issue, I will never stay at a Caesars property again. I am a rewards member with several other hotel chains, and I am sure they will be willing to take my money.

My husband and I celebrated our 39th wedding anniversary in New Orleans. We stayed at Caesar's New Orleans from July 9 through the 12th.
We had a wonderful time, the rooms were wonderful, and the service, for the most part, was satisfactory. There was a young lady who was extremely rude who worked in the pantry on the second floor, not only to us but to other guests for no reason.
We were very disappointed that the casino was non-smoking. The only time we smoke is when we gamble and have a few drinks. We ventured to the smoking patios, but they are not adequate.
The casino should be smoking with a special area for non-smokers. Whether it's for smoking or non-smoking, the designated area should be equal to the other.
To be on the patio with limited AC, subjected to the outdoor elements (humidity and filth), with VERY limited slot machines, we felt like we were in an illegal underground game room.
We spend thousands on travel annually and have experienced Vegas, Atlantic City, WinStar, Choctaw, Horseshoe, L'auberge, Golden Nugget, and many others. We find Caesar's New Orleans to be the least attractive of them all.
I hope this will change otherwise we as well as our friends will not return to Caesars New Orleans.

Complaint of Flamingo, VEGAS
Incredibly, below is part of Flamingo's response and it is simply not true. I twiced voiced my concern, in person, and twice on the phone.
Again, all the people I spoke with seemed indifferent. And this is not "sour grapes" in that I actually won some money at the Flamingo. Yet, like other guests I spoke with, I felt taken advantage of and gouged.

I had so many bad thinkgs about the Flamingo, but still had to go with big group staying there. My last stay at the Flamingo was so very dissapointing.
A $45 fee for an early check-in. Despite request for room, never came.
Room was direty and staff indifferent. $13 for a Nathan's Hot Dog.

I feel as if Ive been given the runaround because Ive completed 2different verification tasks and still no response or resolution. This started on April 4 whenever I got a email notification saying that I had to go through a verification process in which I did still to no avail.
I once again talked with a live representative and he assured me that the problem would be resolved in which it still hasnt. He gave me a case number #793903. This type of treatment is why customers boycott organizations that dont properly manage and support their needs.
I would also like to know if youll have a grievance procedure because it should never take this long to verify a persons identity after they have sent a copy of their drivers license twice on two separate occasions. Thank you for understanding my situation and your help in this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I was playing a slot machine, which I had been doing for the past several days. I have ATM receipts verifying I used this method for my gambling funds, yet several security officers required me to leave the property.
They gave a vague explanation, something about a ticket in a machine. As a disabled person, I was unable to even get a rideshare.
Thank goodness I had already checked out of my room. I am in the process of canceling my future reservations, as it has been explained that I cannot be on any Caesars properties.

I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD REDEEM A VOUCHER FOR A CRUISE. WHEN I CALLED CAESARS REWARDS, THEY SAID I HAD TO BOOK MORE NIGHTS AT 1 OF THEIR PROPERTY AGAIN BEFORE I COULD ACTUALLY USE IT.
I was told I could redeem my points for a cruise on the Norwegian line then when I called again I was told I had to book or reserve a room before I could go. I am not happy of this outcome and I've been staying at the caesars for a long time.

This is no way to operate a business on especially a grand opening!
We drove 3 hours to get there, sat and waited 2 hours and drove home without ever playing. Corporate should round up significant number of dealers and fly them there especially during the grand opening season

Danville, Virginia's Caesars Casino is having its grand opening with only six card tables open out of about 25. We returned today for the second time since the grand opening last week and waited for over two hours trying to get a table in the card room.
Despite this, there were still 149 people ahead of us waiting. All of this occurred because the facility opened without the proper number of dealers. This is not a proper way to operate a business, especially during a grand opening.
We drove three hours to get there, sat and waited for two hours, and then drove home without ever having played. The corporate should gather a significant number of dealers and fly them there, particularly during the grand opening season.

Your issue needed addressed at checkout in-person as you looked at your bill. Not after via phone with the billing department. The incidental charge is a HOLD on funds and not an actual authorized charge.
The only reason I took it up with your billing department, is because that’s what your front desk told me to do. Once again, you just give me the runaround and charge me for something I was told would not be charged.

will be the last money Caesars ever receives from me, including hotels, gambling, and food. There are plenty of other hotels who don’t scam their guests.
